PuritySoft writes its frameworks for
shippable products. As
a result, you will find them more robust because they are not
written in a vaccum.
We
are pleased to open our architecture to FileMaker Pro 7
developers to certain part of our frameworks.
The licensing is very flexible.
Essentially, once you have purchased a license, the only thing
you cannot do is compete with us at the same area. In
other words, you cannot (without a different licensing) sell our frameworks as a stand-alone product that will serve as a tool. Otherwise, you are free to integrate
our software into yours, or change it any way you please
without having to give us credit.
License: Each
module has one year unlimited distribution of $49.99 (offer for a limited time).
We don’t think you’ll need
it, but our hourly rates are $70/hour for customization --some
level of support comes with the license. Please
contact us.

End-user Trial Registration Manager

The Trial
Engine provides an easy to setup authoring
mechanism to quickly deliver a trial, as well as a
full-licensed product Trial Registration manager. It is particularly
designed to run under the FileMaker Pro 7 runtime. Here are

Automatic tracking of Trial Period:
Anti-hacking, configurable trial expiration tracking
Buy Now
button: Links you up to a URL where your user can buy
your software
Try
button: First entry is always allowed, but after a
configurable number of hits, the nagging screen comes up. At
this point, a Try license is requested from the user --A
configurable URL to get the license number is then provided.
You can at this point collect emails for future marketing
activities.
Paid
License button: Users who have paid can come from many
directions, including affiliate websites or your own. They can enter the
license code from prompted using this button. One the codes are
validated, the user will get the normal license splash
screen and the software will never expired.
Dynamic
Company Signature management: Trial Registration
Manager will keep track of the application name, logo,
website, and email placement throughout.
Nag
Window Manager: Nag windows are a proven method of
reminding users that they need to register their software or
pay for it before trial expiration. Together with scripts
and configuration, our software allows you to do this
must-do as much or as little as you deem necessary.
Release
Manager: You can test your configuration as much as you
need to, but make sure you “release” before you release your
software by resetting your entire configuration to its trial
state. Licensed
state will be picked up interactively with the user.
Key
Management:
Enter your own set of keys that our software
will validate against. You
can generate these any way you please –by hand or using Key
tools.

About: We provide general FileMaker Pro information, and
the system provides automatic link information to your
online help.
